The council approved Resolution R-114-2026 authorizing payment of bills and carried the consent agenda items R-115-2026 through R-119-2026 on a single unanimous motion (four affirmative votes). The consent agenda included renewal of a plenary retail distribution liquor license for BPO27, LLC dba The Wine Rack; redemption and cancellation of a recorded tax lien; authorization to hire additional part-time seasonal employees for the community pool and Summer Fun camp; and payment of an invoice to Fire & Safety Services, LTD. for the purchase of a Pierce fire engine.
Councilman Arthur Rees moved the non-consent payment-of-bills resolution and the consent items were approved by voice vote as part of a single motion. No council dissent was recorded.
