Staff explained the scope of each service: the mosquito program includes surveillance, larval control and event spraying; the SCADA upgrade will update computers, software and call‑out monitoring for pump stations; and polymer selection followed annual testing of multiple products. The board approved each resolution unanimously by roll call.
