At the June 23 meeting resident Jeff Ivler objected to the Zoning Board's approval of a variance allowing a three-car front-facing garage at 19 Squire Hill Road, arguing that the legal premise and post-demolition construction should have been treated differently. He asked that the administrative zoning and permitting process be reviewed.
Borough Counsel Jarrid Kantor explained that an aggrieved party may file a complaint in Superior Court within 45 days of the approval, and he confirmed that the Mayor and Council cannot file the complaint on behalf of a resident.
