The Village of Stronghurst board convened June 3, 2025, and approved the May meeting minutes, payment of bills and the May financial statements by unanimous votes. Mayor Brendan Schaley called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m., and roll call showed all six trustees present.
Mike Bohnenkamp moved to approve the minutes (seconded by Paige Torrance), Janice Smith moved to approve payment of the bills (seconded by Paige Torrance), and Mike Bohnenkamp moved to approve the May financial statements (seconded by Janice Smith). All motions passed unanimously, according to the minutes prepared by Clerk/Treasurer Brittany Smith.
The actions clear routine procedural business from the board's agenda and allow staff to continue operations and vendor payments for the village. No further discussion or dissent was recorded in the minutes. The meeting adjourned at 6:14 p.m.
