During discussion on the proposed state aid anticipation note, a board member noted an earlier motion—approval of a line of credit from the Oct. 14 meeting—remained on the books and needed formal action. The member proposed rescinding that prior approval; the board tabled the current motion, voted to rescind the Oct. 14 line-of-credit approval, then moved to untable and consider the new resolution.
"I moved to rescind the line of credit that was approved at the, board meeting on 10/14/2025," the member said during the meeting. The clerk conducted roll calls for each procedural step; the board voted unanimously to rescind the prior approval and then unanimously approved the state aid anticipation note after returning the new motion to the floor.
