The minutes record no public action following closed session. The meeting reconvened and the board adjourned at 7:51 p.m.; the motion to adjourn carried unanimously.
Attendance recorded board members Jody Day, Tim Bower, Karey Barbee, Justin Smith, Brian Cox and Michael Potter; Tim Turner was absent. Administrative staff in attendance included Superintendent Kelly Moore and principals and business managers named in the minutes.
