Council honors library representative, appoints library and youth commissioners

Erika Thibault, Director of the Sonoma County Library's Windsor Branch, gave a presentation to the council. The council presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Deborah Doyle for her service as Windsor's representative on the Sonoma County Library Commission from 2020 to 2026; Ms. Doyle accepted the certificate.
On the Consent Calendar the council appointed Peter Vigil to serve as Windsor's representative on the Sonoma County Library Commission for a two‑year term effective August 1, 2026, and approved Alyse Pugmire and Kira Furmankiewicz as Youth Parks and Recreation Commissioner appointments for the 2026–2027 term. These personnel actions were approved as part of the adopted consent items.
