WOCCISD board approves four administrative hires, including deputy superintendent and chief operations officer

Subsequently the board approved the recommendation to hire Dr. Larry Haynes as Chief of Operations and Student Services (motion by Linda Platt-Bryant, seconded by Demetrius Hunter); Michael Shane Pilgreen as Chief Technology Officer (motion by Roderick Robertson, seconded by Demetrius Hunter); and DeeAnna Chesson as Director of PEIMS (motion by Donny Teate Jr., seconded by Tommy Wilson Sr.). Each motion passed with a recorded vote of 6 in favor, 0 opposed, 0 abstentions.
