Greenbelt staff: partners "collectively decided" not to apply to USDA RCPP this year

Staff also described other USDA-related programs used for conservation easements and indicated the commission would pursue a separate acre-easement style funding opportunity this year; details of that pursuit were said to be discussed in closed session.
The commission acknowledged the recap and did not record further public dissent during the meeting. Members thanked staff for the thorough review and asked no additional substantive follow-up on that item during the open session.
