Planning staff told trustees the developer had finalized an agreement addressing a blanket easement that had delayed construction and that the filing would also record a right-of-way dedication to the village. Board members voted to permit the mayor and clerk to complete recording once the plat is delivered to the county recorder.
The authorization will allow the developer to record the plat so the property can move to the next stage of permitting and site preparation. Board members asked staff to follow up on outstanding utility coordination and to return any final documents for signature.
