Board appoints two members to Planning and Zoning Commission

On April 20 the board moved and approved the mayor’s appointments of John Mathias and Kara Kalnitz to the Planning and Zoning Commission with terms expiring April 30, 2029. The motion was made by Trustee Bianco and seconded by Trustee Sarro and passed by roll call vote with Trustee Canas absent.
The appointments will be reflected in the commission roster and staff will take steps to notify the appointees and update public records. No contested nominations or public objections were recorded in the minutes.
