American Cancer Society representative announces new grassroots manager and legislative priorities

Bryte Johnson, Connecticut government relations director for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, told the council ACS hired a new grassroots manager, Devin Pincus, and said she intends to recommend him for the ACS seat on the advisory council.
"His name is Devin Pincus, and, I'm going to, recommend him for this position," Bryte said. She asked the group to assist with the appointment process and said ACS is developing legislative priorities to defend current funding levels; she also announced an Oct. 15 public policy forum at the Pond House focused on preventative early detection screenings.
