"We do have 89 attainable housing units across 4 different sites that we have in the pipeline," ACDA said, emphasizing that these projects are at different stages of planning and acquisition. ACDA also noted it is preparing evaluation panels for RFPs including Woodland Park child care and asked committee members to review materials ahead of upcoming meetings.
