"I do solemnly swear to support the Constitution of the United States...and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the office of the zoning board member to the best of my ability," Tripp said while completing the swearing-in administered by the board clerk.
Board members then approved the meeting agenda and began public hearings on two downtown property variance requests. The swearing-in concluded before the board opened public hearing No. 1 on 104 West Comanche.
