Bruce Durant moved to set the mileage rate and Emily Losey seconded; the motion was recorded as approved.
The board made numerous personnel appointments and committee assignments for 2026. The minutes record appointment of Eric Gustafson as town attorney with a budgeted $4,750.00 for his services; Zoe Hawkins was named Registrar of Vital Statistics with Kerri O'Bryan as deputy; Sara Day-Schulz and Carrie Rutherford were named co-town historians; Judy Hargrave was appointed Water & Sewer billing clerk with a salary of $3,132.00; Kerri O'Bryan was appointed court clerk with a salary of $15,110.00; and Rita Gerenser was appointed CEO with a salary of $13,000.00. The board adopted the salary schedule listing the highway superintendent at $52,000.00 and the town clerk at $28,519.00, among other positions.
