Board members asked about runoff and gutters; staff and the applicant said the existing driveway and drainage patterns would be considered and that a licensed septic engineer would be engaged if needed.
A motion (moved by S4, seconded by S6) designated the application a Type 2 action under SEQR; the motion carried by voice vote. The board scheduled the public hearing for the next regular meeting on June 10 at 6:45 p.m. The applicant asked whether notice letters were needed; the clerk said the board staff would send required notices to affected parties.
