The chair said the DRB review will be perfunctory because the parcel involves an easement recorded on the property; the sale will move forward once DRB signs off. The motion was moved and seconded in open session after an executive session covering real estate and personnel matters; the clerk recorded the vote as four in favor with one absent.
Board members said staff will prepare the closing documents once the DRB issues its approval and the town attorney will ensure the easement language is addressed.
