Executive Director Kevin Cardille told members the board will update officer positions for two-year terms and seek formal approval in June; he asked members to consider serving as Chair, Vice Chair or Secretary. "We will be needing to update our officer positions next month for approval in June," Cardille said, asking members to think about serving.
Chair Annie Ruppert closed the meeting at 12:36 p.m. and the board set its next meeting for Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 7:30 a.m., to be held in person at the Careerforce Center on the Minnesota State College Southeast – Winona Campus with virtual access available.
