Craig Fleming of the Musconetcong Watershed Association delivered a planting design for Veterans’ Park and scheduled installation work to be completed by June 12 with a prep day on June 3 and planting on June 4. The Washington BID is funding the project, according to the Green Team minutes.
The minutes note that Matt Polsky offered to donate a rain barrel to support the park planting. Green Team members discussed site-prep needs and concluded they lack the required equipment to do the heavy prep; Secretary Josephine Noone will notify WBID Executive Director Kristy Romanowski about the equipment gap so partners can coordinate.
