Board President Randy Hawkins called the special-called meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.; the minutes note that dinner was served at 6:00 p.m. Trustees Connie Gibbs, Diane Newman, Scott Jones, Williams Allen, Aaron Wilson and Mark Wintters were listed as present, along with Interim Superintendent Mike Morrison and search consultant Wes Hickey of the superintendent search firm.
