Union County board certifies Primary Election Runoff results

"Motion by Dailey, seconded by Ballard to approve the results of the Primary Runoff Election. Carried," the minutes state. Commissioner Dailey moved the certification and Commissioner Ballard seconded the motion, which the board approved. The board then signed a certificate stating the abstract of votes was a true record for Union County.
County Auditor Katie Winquist attested the minutes and the certificate. The certification completes the local canvass process for the runoff in Union County and records the board's formal approval of the tabulated results.
