The Watonga Board of Education approved its consent agenda during the Nov. 10 regular meeting. The consent package included minutes from the Oct. 13 and Oct. 28, 2025 meetings, General Fund encumbrances numbered #387 through #417 totaling $95,671.88, Child Nutrition encumbrance #11 for $3,000.00, the activity fund report and the treasurer's report.
The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Aaron Clewell and seconded by Dwight McGee. The recorded vote was unanimous: Courtney Robison-yes; Shawn Cox-yes; Dwight McGee-yes; Aaron Clewell-yes; Mayra Flynn-yes. The motion carried 5-0.
