Watonga board swears in Courtney Robison and appoints Dwight McGee interim vice president

The Watonga Board of Education met Nov. 10, 2025, at the administration office and opened the session at 7:00 p.m. President Mayra Flynn administered the Oath of Office to newly appointed board member Courtney Robison, who joined the meeting at that time.
Shortly after the swearing-in, Aaron Clewell moved and Shawn Cox seconded a motion to appoint board member Dwight McGee as interim vice president of the board of education. The board voted unanimously: Courtney Robison-yes; Shawn Cox-yes; Dwight McGee-yes; Aaron Clewell-yes; Mayra Flynn-yes. The motion carried 5-0. The meeting included other attendees from school staff and the Cross Country program.
