Laura Nordstrom, the county’s director of housing and homelessness, said the program — distinct from family‑case management — focuses on singles, childless couples, seniors and veterans and helps clients apply for supportive housing and liaise with landlords. Nordstrom noted the program housed 37 cases in 2024 and about 38 in 2025 and that the initiative is roughly 52% county‑funded, with the remainder reimbursable. The committee moved and adopted the resolution by voice vote.
