Village issues permit for 7 Brew drive-through; Popeye's drops out of strip center

Commissioners raised concerns about traffic and drive-through stacking; one commissioner asked, "How you gonna deal with the traffic?" Staff responded that later 7 Brew sites use more stacking/parking and the company has adjusted designs after learning from earlier sites.
