Kulesza told the Board the rear end of a town truck had been replaced, the town spent $187,186.92 on roads with roughly $50,000 to carry over, and that CHIPs reimbursement paperwork is prepared and awaiting cancelled-check copies. He reported a payroll and direct-deposit problem and described speaking with a Western Star sales representative about a fully dressed, double-axle plow truck that could be ready within months for about $330,000. The Board unanimously authorized Superintendent Kulesza to pursue and order the vehicle.
