Highway Superintendent Tony Kulesza reported multiple maintenance items the board should expect in coming days, including a malfunctioning sewer system flapper that requires a plumber, a rear‑end repair on a dump truck, mowing of roadside areas, and planned patching work on Rhinebeck Road, Winegard and Popadic Road.
"Sewer system flapper continues to not function properly. A plumber will be coming in a few days for repairs," Kulesza said. The board unanimously accepted the Highway Superintendent's oral August 2025 report.
No cost estimates for the repairs or specific timelines beyond the plumber's imminent visit were recorded in the minutes.
