The Boyceville board voted to adjourn into closed session under Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) to discuss personnel issues including resignations, new‑hire recommendations, extra and co‑curricular positions and compensation, and consideration of an additional special education paraprofessional. The motion was moved by Sharon Formoe and the minutes record a roll call vote with all five members voting yes (Carlsrud, Fetzer, Formoe, Mrdutt, Olson); the minutes record the closed‑session adjournment time as 6:59 p.m. and a reconvened open session at 8:22 p.m.
After returning to open session, the board tabled the discussion to add a part‑time special education paraprofessional at TCE until the Dec. 3, 2025 work session & special meeting and accepted resignations from Rochelle Olson and Keri Peterson as co‑varsity volleyball coaches and Gabby Henry as junior varsity volleyball coach. The motions accepting resignations were recorded as carried.
