Town appoints officers and volunteers; notes outstanding Oath of Office filings

Town minutes indicate the Board desired the appointees to serve despite the outstanding paperwork and directed the appointments to be recorded; the Town Attorney and Town Clerk were noted in the minutes as responsible for maintaining appointment records.
