The roll-call vote on the closed-session motion was recorded as Carlsrud-Yes, Fetzer-Yes, Formoe-Yes, Mrdutt-Yes, Olson-Yes, and the meeting adjourned to closed session at 5:29 p.m.; the final adjournment occurred at 5:57 p.m. Minutes were submitted by Stacy Fetzer, School Board Clerk.
