Franklin County commissioners approved a one-year renewal of ImageTrend software and integration services for Franklin County EMS, authorizing payment of $10,079.40 for the contract covering July 20, 2026 through July 19, 2027.
"This is just to, keep our annual contract," Christine said while describing the vendor setup. She told the board that switching to ImageTrend increased revenue "significantly" and saved the county "close to about $5,000" last year because the system made billing easier to track. Christine also noted the county uses Availity as its clearinghouse and My EMS Care for online payments.
Christine introduced Sarah as the department expert on the software and answered commissioners' questions about the contract. A motion to approve payment to ImageTrend LLC for annual services was made and approved in the recorded roll call.
Commissioners did not request that the ImageTrend contract be pulled from the consent package for separate discussion beyond the brief presentation and the standard roll-call approval.
