Paul Mader moved to approve the notice of the meeting and the minutes; Robin Schutt seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Zach Mader moved to approve the board claims; Artie Moeller seconded and the board approved those claims unanimously. Artie Moeller then moved to approve the treasurer’s reports; Robin Schutt seconded and that motion also passed unanimously.
