The Rolling Meadows City Council opened a public hearing at 7:03 p.m. April 14 to consider a redevelopment plan for the proposed Algonquin Road/Keystone Court Redevelopment Project Area. Geoff Dickenson of SB Friedman Development Advisors delivered a short presentation describing the proposed tax increment financing (TIF) district and the redevelopment project under consideration.
No written comments were filed with the Deputy City Clerk and no members of the public spoke during the hearing. Mayor Pro-Tem Koehler closed the hearing at 7:10 p.m. The council took no approval action at the hearing; the public hearing was held to solicit comment from affected taxing districts and residents and to inform further council deliberations.
