The board approved a shared services agreement for food services with Stafford Township Board of Education for $45,000 and a shared-services agreement for network administrator services for $58,500. It also approved a shared‑service agreement with Southern Regional School District to provide a media specialist from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The board authorized procurement of goods and services through State Contract under N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-10 and appointed Meghan Lee as Qualified Purchasing Agent for July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
The motions were approved by roll call vote; the procurement authority is intended to streamline purchases through the State Division of Purchase and Property.
