McFarland School Board enters closed session to review certified staff compensation and administrator evaluation

The McFarland School Board voted unanimously on Jan. 26, 2026, to enter a closed session at 5:32 p.m. to consider the certified staff compensation plan and the District Administrator evaluation. Bruce Fischer moved the motion, which was seconded by Megan Chatman; the roll-call vote recorded Meghan Fessler, Craig Howery, Bruce Fischer, Megan Chatman and Meredith Hughey voting Aye.

The motion to go into closed session cited Wisconsin statutes as grounds for the session: Wis.
