The approved items included General Fund accounts payable CK #175520–#175816 for $480,743.23; December 2024 payroll direct deposits of $457,652.97; December 2024 payroll benefits and deductions CK #98776–#98811 of $468,464.96; Capital Projects Fund 46 CK #1047–#1048 for $14,641.23; and an Anonymous Donor Fund CK #12 for $837.66.
The motion to approve payment of the audited bills and payroll was made by Clerk Carly C. Winslow and seconded by Riechers; the minutes record that the motion carried. The minutes note the bills were audited by Board President Bob Hermanson and board members Matt Crist, Stacy Gratz and Ben Trout.
