Third Lake schedules plant paddle, readies engraved patio bricks and reports paving complete

Village Clerk Michelle Smith told the board that the Lake County Health Department will conduct a plant paddle at Third Lake on Sept. 5 at 3:00 p.m., beginning at the Mariner's Cove boat launch, and encouraged residents to attend to learn about aquatic vegetation.
Mayor Buckley said engraved bricks for a patio have been completed and will be sent to the engraver, and that paving work is complete with grass reestablishing. He noted a fabric remains over a drain while final cleanup continues and that payment for the paving will be withheld until cleanup is finished.
