At a March 15 work session, the Flambeau School District Board of Education voted 6-0 to enter a closed session to review applicants for the superintendent position. At 1:10 p.m., Board member Lana Nelson moved to go into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(c),(e),(f) and/or (g); Jennifer Heath seconded the motion.
President Ted Alberson called the roll; Laura Dutter-Nelson, Linda Zimmer, Lana Nelson, Jennifer Heath, Ted Alberson and Doug Verdegan voted yes, producing a 6-0 tally and carrying the motion. The minutes record that the board planned to consider adjournment at the conclusion of the closed session. The meeting was called to order at 1:08 p.m. by President Alberson.
