Princeton ISD ends contract with Perdue and hires Abernathy firm for delinquent-tax collections

Duane Kelly moved to terminate the contract; John Campbell seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Immediately afterward the board approved a contingent-fee agreement with Abernathy, Roeder, Boyd & Hullett for the same purpose. Cyndi Darland moved to approve the new contract; Duane Kelly seconded and trustees voted unanimously to authorize the law firm.
