Sheryl Kenwood Library to rebrand as 'VVS Corner Library'; open house planned

"So my name is Kathy Brewer and I'm the library director here at the Sheryl Kenwood Library," she told commissioners, and announced, "We are rebranding the library as VVS Corner Library, to greater represent the broader community that the library now serves."
Brewer said the rebranding will take effect on April 6 and that the board president, Rashmi Bismarck, accompanied her to provide the annual report and materials. Staff and commissioners discussed partnering on programming and an open house once the weather improves; the library plans signage, website and social-media updates and will offer community events and new library swag over the spring and summer.
