Board adopts amended and restated retiree HRA, effective July 1, 2025

The D.C. Everest Area School District Board of Education approved a resolution to amend and restate the district's Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) for retirees, effective July 1, 2025.
The resolution in the public minutes states: "NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan is amended and restated by adopting all of the terms of the amended and restated Plan Document, attached, and effective on July 1, 2025." The motion was made by Yee Leng Xiong and seconded by Katie Felch and passed on a roll call vote, recorded as 7–0.
