In a broader procurement action the district authorized participation in the Eastern Suffolk BOCES Joint Municipal Cooperative Bidding Program pursuant to General Municipal Law §119-o and Education Law §1950, delegating lead-agent responsibilities to Eastern Suffolk BOCES, agreeing to annual participant meetings and an advisory committee, and authorizing Eastern Suffolk BOCES to place required legal advertisements in Newsday.
