City to lift stop-work orders for Rissy 7th after paperwork; staff to file affidavit

"We will be releasing those stop work orders here in the next 24 to 48 hours as soon as we get the paperwork ordered," staff said, adding that staff will file the affidavit and provide written communication to the developer and notify stakeholders such as Gracie Balderas. The staff representative said that filing the affidavit in the recorder's office will ensure future reviewers see the approved elevation changes and avoid repeat disputes.
Commissioners and staff said they expected construction inspections to resume after the affidavit is filed and written notice is delivered to the developer and affected parties.
