The vote was taken by roll call and passed unanimously among members present. Commissioners expressed a desire to avoid future disputes over recorded elevations by ensuring the affidavit and supporting survey plans are placed into the official record. The change is intended to allow previously halted construction to proceed without creating drainage or public-safety concerns.
