County engineer Jaden Shackle told the board that all necessary right-of-way for the Channelworth (SF-49) bridge replacement had been secured and that final bridge plans were complete and due for signature so the project could meet its November letting schedule.
"Plans have proceeded, and in order for us to hit November of letting bridal plans are due today, and they are now here. Done. Ready for DOT approval and signature," Shackle said. Supervisor Mike Steiner moved to approve the final plans; Nan Flago seconded and the board voted in favor to approve the SF-49 Channelworth bridge replacement plans. Shackle said it was satisfying to see a DOT-funded project come to fruition.
