Select Board withdraws prior InsureCom contract and approves revised July 20 agreement

Alfred Hanson moved, and Michael J. Smith seconded, a motion to withdraw the prior InsureCom contract signed on July 7, 2026. The roll-call vote was Smith YES, Bixby YES, Hanson YES. Hanson then moved and Smith seconded to accept the InsureCom contract dated July 20, 2026; the roll-call vote was Smith YES, Bixby YES, Hanson YES.
Carson described the change as intended "to eliminate payment issues" by adding back electrical and plumbing costs. The board recorded both motions and accepted the revised contract. Later in the meeting the board voted to enter a non-public session under RSA 91-A:3 II (c); that motion passed on a roll call of Bixby YES, Hanson YES, Smith NO, and the meeting moved to non-public at 5:31 PM.
