The Rio Vista ISD Board of Trustees voted to authorize the superintendent to negotiate and execute a lease of the district's Trinity well with the City of Rio Vista.
"I make the motion to approve the Superintendent to negotiate a lease with the City of Rio Vista as it relates to the use of the RVISD Trinity well," said Bryan Ford when moving the item; Matt Gilbert seconded and the board recorded a unanimous 7-0 vote. The motion directs the superintendent to carry out negotiations and sign an agreement on behalf of the district as appropriate.
