Committee members then approved the June 4, 2026 regular meeting minutes after a motion by Glenda and a second from Roy. Staff in attendance included Kelvin Hardesty, Parks and Recreation Director, and Commissioners Mark Larkin and Cynthia Evans-Robinson attended as commissioners. The committee set its next meeting for August 6 at 6:30 p.m. (the minutes list the next meeting location as City Hall).
