President Liza Simonson opened the special tax hearing at 6:53 p.m.; no members of the public offered testimony during the hearing, which closed at 6:58 p.m. Earlier, during the budget hearing at 6:45 p.m., resident Jill Coble urged the district to “maintain a good focus on high school elective classes,” thanking the board for its work. The board recorded the budget-adoption motion as carried (vote recorded in minutes as 6–0). The minutes show payroll and fund approvals listed elsewhere in the packet, including payroll figures and fund totals provided to the board for adoption and record.
