Mr. Kevin Evans moved to award the pest-control contract to Brad Greer Pest Control and Mr. Chris Porter seconded; the motion passed 7–0. The board additionally approved a Fortigate five-year firewall bundle to support district IT security. Each procurement motion was recorded as passing unanimously.
